A place dedicated to creativity, experimentation and multidisciplinary collaboration in the field of digital arts and multimedia for project development, training and research at the intersection between art, science and technology.
The digital lab is a initiative open to the community where, artists, creators and hobbists can find support to develop their projects, share knowledge with other people with similar interests, make contacts, form teams and collaborate.
LCD organizes workshops, classes, meetings, residencies, laboratories, exhibitions and other training, research and project development initiatives.
The Digital Lab is part of the official program of Guimarães 2012 - European Capital of Culture (city cluster) and is managed by the cultural organization Audiência Zero.
The members of the lab team are:
